simple steps for school students only

step 1

press ctrl+alt+delete buttons
[3 buttons in the key board]
at the same time
step 2

you will get
windows task manager window

step 3

press processer tab in that window

step 4

press only the svchost.exe of your user name[s] to highlight and
press end tab of the task manger window

for examplesvchost.exe [image name]
satheesan [your user name]
there must be minimum two of them.
hilight and to end process both.

so far so good and come to the next step

step 5

select the search window
[press start button and press search tab]

step 6

in the adress bar of the search window
please copy and paste the below script

c:\heap41a

press go button of the search window

step 7

there you will find the folder and a green coloured
icon of the malware

delete it
and all other contents of the folder
finally you should empty recycle bin

you have done it
